Alright, it's been a while since we've updated this thing, I know, but patience is a virtue and viola here is a long awaited CD review.
As usual, the boys from Battle, East Sussex stay close to their piano-based rock on the new album Perfect Symmetry, but they do implement the synthesizer. The opening tracks are catchy and the use of the synthesizer compliments the piano well. As the album goes on, the synth isn't used as much, but that left room for Keane to do what they do best, write/compose wonderful pieces of music. Tom Chaplin's (frontman) voice felt more in control and the lyrics are well written. Overall, this album is a definite buy.
